Dear Valued Patients and Referring Practitioners,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an important update regarding my practice at the Melbourne Oral Medicine and Facial Pain Centre. After over five years of providing specialist care to our community, I am transitioning to a remote consultation model due to my ongoing commitments overseas. As of May 2024, I am no longer available for in-person consultations in Melbourne. However, I am pleased to offer virtual consultations to ensure continuity of care and to continue supporting patients and referring practitioners.
What This Means for You:
To book a virtual consultation, please email us with all relevant details about your condition, including any referrals, test results, radiographs, images, or previous consultation reports that may assist in your care. Once we review and triage your case, we will provide you with available telehealth appointment options.
I deeply appreciate your understanding and continued trust during this transition. I am committed to maintaining the high standard of care you have come to expect and look forward to continuing to support you, albeit in a new way. Thank you for your ongoing support.
Kind regards,
Dr. Suhaib Alqudah
