Dear Valued Patients and Referring Practitioners,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a temporary change in my practice at the Melbourne Oral Medicine and Facial Pain Centre.
After five fulfilling years of providing specialist care to our community, I will be taking a brief hiatus to pursue a personal opportunity overseas. As a result, I will not be able to see patients or accept referrals until November 2024.
Your health and well-being remain my top priority, and I trust that you will receive the same level of excellence from my colleagues and peers in the field. During my absence, I have provided a list of trusted colleagues whom I recommend for your consideration.
You can find their details here:
I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and thank you for your understanding and support.
Warm regards,
Kind regards,
Dr Suhaib Alqudah
